Koolmoves Transport Refrigeration was founded in 2012 offering companies and individuals a competively priced servicing, repairs and installations of transport refrigerated units.

I have been in the refrigeration industry for over 20 years, which started at Hubbard Refrigeration where I was assembling various refrigeration units on the assembly lines. I worked my way through the factory up to the service department. I started off installing transport units to various vehicle’s both in the workshop and on the customer’s premises. I then spent 2 years as their relief engineer.

From Hubbard’s I spent a brief time at Marshal Thermo king on their small truck division. I then joined Gah as a senior engineer in charge of a section of the country, where I stayed for over 15 years. Lastly, and before starting Koolmoves, I joined VMS refrigeration, a newly started section within VMS fleet rental to look after their own fleet of vehicles. At VMS I gained some valuable experience on other makes of units.

As Koolmoves is totally mobile, all repairs are generally completed with one visit, and only major repairs that require parts or extensive repairs needing a second visit. We feel that this gives the customer a true reflection of their final costs, and the vehicle is not away in a workshop being repaired out of sight with spiraling costs.
